the return of Georges St Pierre to MMA is the big story of 2017 so far. Former welterweight champion, the Canadian has already hinted that, after his middleweight title duel against Michael Bisping, you can return to the original division. Currently close to a shot at the 77 kg belt, the Cuban Jorge masvidal said GSP, when talking about his return.

The Cuban sees GSP capable of beating Bisping, but he left in the air the possibility of the Canadian having problems with the anti-doping tests administered by USADA, an organization that has an agreement with Ultimate and has complete freedom to punish the event's athletes.
“I think Georges St-Pierre will beat Bisping, if he is the old GSP. I'm not saying he's already done it (using banned substances) or not, but many fighters feel the difference post-USADA. Let's see if it will have any effect on St-Pierre or not, because I think the old GSP could handle Bisping. I would be able to take him down, punch him, even with the jab he has, take him to the legs and take him to the ground. A former lightweight fighter, Masvidal decided to move up to the division where GSP reigned for many years in 2015. He started at welterweight by knocking out Brazilian Cézar Mutante, but lost his next two fights to Benson Henderson and Lorenz Larkin. However, he is on a three-fight win streak, lining up Ross Pearson, Jake ellenberger e Donald Cerrone, the last two by knockout.
