Brazilian Marcos 'Pirata' lived up to the nickname given to him and appeared at Brave 3's open training session, last Thursday (16), in São José dos Pinhais, with a cockatiel on his shoulder. Not satisfied, the fighter even made gauntlets with the pet glued to him. Called Tinope by the athlete, the animal did not hesitate and, obediently, had a “privileged” view of its owner's training.

The almost 100 people present at São José Shopping, which was the home of Brave 3's open training, were surprised by the cockatiel's ease and intimacy with 'Pirata'. Not surprisingly, the athlete, who is not in the two main fights of the event, was the most celebrated by the fans present.

The Brazilian faces Jeremy Smith, from South Africa, and guaranteed that he will take Tinope to the Brave cage, before his fight with the South African, valid at welterweight.
