Ultimate, trying to prove his innocence, requested a series of contracts and documents from Bellator, with the purpose of being able to compare the negotiations and, thus, rule out the accusations. Initially, Scott Coker, president of Bellator, collaborated with the competitor, but for a short time.
According to the website 'Sporting News' (USA), representatives of the organization chaired by Coker filed a court request that no more information be given. As they argued, they claimed that the requests made by the UFC are confidential data of the company, and, if they are disclosed, they could make possible future negotiations difficult.
To date, no court decision has been taken. The UFC, in turn, did not comment after the new measure taken by Bellator.
