After being announced as Dream's new signing, Croatian Mirko Crocop spoke for the first time as the Japanese organization's newest signing. Mirko stated that he prefers to fight in the ring and has never adapted to the UFC octagon.
“I never liked fighting in the cage. I always liked fighting in the ring. Another thing is that I like fighting in Japan…I don't want people to think I'm running away from the UFC,” said Cro Cop.
