Mineiro had seven fights in Ultimate, totaling four wins and three losses, having even won his last commitment in the organization. A curious fact about Lucas' career in the UFC is that he became one of the few athletes to win in three different categories – bantamweight, featherweight and lightweight.

After his dismissal, he had two fights on the national stage, having beaten Sérgio Leal and Gilson Lomanto, both for Thunder Fight. At 28 years old, Lucas has a professional record of 18 wins and just three losses.
