Jessica 'Bate-Estaca' should face Angela Hill at UFC Houston in February

Strawweight Jessica 'Bate-Estaca''s desire to return to the octagon may be close to being fulfilled. After being left out of UFC 207, held on December 30, 2016, the Brazilian should be selected to face Angela Hill at UFC Houston, in the United States, on February 4th.

The two fighters almost faced each other on the last card of 2016, but American was not within the four-month anti-doping control period imposed by USADA, which forced the organization to postpone the confrontation.

At 25 years old, Bate-Estaca won the two fights he had in the strawweight category, the last of which over Joanne calderwood at UFC 203, in September 2016. In total, he has 15 wins and five losses in his career (6-3 in Ultimate).

Hill, in turn, returns to the UFC after being fired from the organization in 2015. Current Invicta FC champion, the 32-year-old North American is on a four-fight winning streak, the most recent coming last November. In her first stint in the biggest MMA organization in the world, she had one triumph and two setbacks. In his career, there are six positive results and two negative results.
