Considered one of the most important names in the history of MMA and without fighting for over two years, B.J. Penn will make his return to the octagon this Sunday (15), against the young Yair Rodriguez, in the main fight of UFC Phoenix, in a duel valid for the featherweight category (up to 66kg).

To publicize the return of the organization's former lightweight and welterweight champion, Ultimate released on its official YouTube channel a video calling for the duel against the Mexican promise, which portrays a duel between two distinct generations of the sport.

BJ, 38 years old, hasn't won since November 2010, when he knocked out Matt hugs, still playing at welterweight. Afterwards, he had four more fights, losing three and drawing one. His last performance was the defeat to Frankie Edgar, in September 2014. Rodriguez, in turn, is going through the opposite phase. At just 24 years old, he won the five fights he had in the UFC, the most recent against Alex Caceresin August 2016.
