O UFC London, which takes place on March 18th at the O2 Arena, had another clash confirmed for the card. English/Nigerian Jimi Manuwa faces Corey anderson, in a duel valid for the light heavyweight category. The information is from the 'FloCombat' website (USA).
Manuwa, 5th in the rankings, is coming off a devastating knockout over Ovince St.Preux at UFC 204, last October. At 36 years old, Jimi has five triumphs and two setbacks in Ultimate. Anderson, 27 years old, is also coming off a knockout victory: he beat Sean O'Connell at UFC Albany, in December 2016. Number nine in the rankings, he has six positive results and two negative results in the organization.
Brazilian Francimar Bodão is also scheduled for the card. He takes revenge against Darren stewart, who knocked him out in the UFC Sao Paulo, in November, but saw his victory turned into a contest after an accidental headbutt directly interfered with the final result of the fight.
