Frustrated with the UFC, Dillashaw considers leaving bantamweight

Former champion is angry with Ultimate, as he thinks the event is letting Dominick Cruz choose opponents

TJ Dillashaw He no longer hides his irritation with the UFC. For the former champion, he should be the one chosen to face Dominick Cruz in the co-main event of UFC 207 this Friday (30). Ultimate, however, chose cody garbrandt to challenge the owner of the rooster belt.

“I don’t make that much money to sit around and wait for my title shot, so I need to keep fighting. I have many goals for my career and I will continue fighting for them. But I'm not going to wait forever for the bantamweight title. If I continue to be passed over, if the UFC continues to let Cruz choose opponents, I may have to move to another division”, threatened TJ, in an interview with journalists before UFC 207.

Dillashaw, number 1 in the UFC bantamweight rankings, will face second-placed John Lineker, in the main portion of UFC 207 and hopes, in case of victory, to face the winner of the duel between Cruz and Garbrandt for the under-61,2 kg title.
