Amanda nunes declared that the UFC is helping Ronda Rousey to gain confidence before her return to the octagon, which will take place at UFC 207 on December 30th against the champion herself. The Brazilian even thinks that Ultimate is rooting for the former owner of the bantamweight belt to win.

“The UFC is helping Ronda feel good, making things easier so she still feels like a champion. They want her not to feel like second place. They want me to stay in the background so she feels confident (…) That's what it looks like (that the UFC wants her to win). But nothing will change that. I will remain champion and the UFC will promote me after this fight”, said Amanda at lunch with the North American press.

The Brazilian's biggest complaint is that all the promotional videos and main interviews regarding UFC 207 are focusing on the return of Ronda Rousey and not in her, as champion, making her first belt defense.
