Nate Diaz demands $20 million or “big fight” to return to the Octagon

Nate diaz He has always been known for his irreverent and loud-mouthed style, without mincing words. And once again the fighter lived up to his status. Not fighting since last August when he was defeated by Conor McGregor at UFC 202, Diaz has already imposed his conditions to return to the octagon: US$ 20 million or “big fight”.

“I'm only going to fight at lightweight in a big fight or 20 million dollars to accept the call. Until then, I'm just going to live my life”, said Nate, in an interview with the website 'MMAFighting.com' (USA).

When asked about a possible trilogy with McGregor, Diaz was ironic: “I already beat him and they don't want to pay me enough to fight him again.”

Nate diaz, 31 years old, has been in the UFC since 2007, when he won TUF 5. Since then, he has had 23 fights in the organization, recording 14 wins and nine losses. He has already competed for the lightweight category belt (under 70) against Ben henderson, in 2012, but was surpassed in the unanimous decision of the judges.
