The heavy weight Mark Hunt was outraged by the punishment given to Brock Lesnar for failing a drug test after the fight between the two at UFC 200.

At the time, the American beat Hunt by unanimous decision, but was caught with an illegal substance in his system. Last Thursday (15), the Nevada Athletic Commission suspended Lesnar for a year, forced him to pay a US$250 fine and turned his victory into a no contest. But the New Zealander was not satisfied.

“The punishment was not harsh enough. He received the same suspension as Jon Jones, who didn't even fight. What if I had died? Would the punishment be the same?”, commented Hunt, to the North American website “MMA Fighting”.

After Lesnar's positive result, the 42-year-old New Zealander tried to sue the UFC and refused to fight with junior gypsy. He remains without a defined opponent for his next fight and has already admitted that he is thinking about retiring.
