It took a while, but the Las Vegas Athletic Commission finally announced the date for the trials of Brock Lesnar, Jon Jones e Nate diaz. The NAC announced that the three fighters will participate in a session scheduled for November 15th, next Thursday, in Las Vegas.
Lesnar and Jones will defend themselves for being found to have drug tests in tests carried out before their fights at UFC 200 in July. At the time, the former light heavyweight champion was removed from the fight against Daniel Cormier with just three days left until the duel. Brock, in turn, came to fight, winning Mark Hunt by unanimous decision.
Diaz will be tried for the “water bottle war” carried out alongside Conor McGregor, at the pre-UFC 202 press conference, in August, the event in which they faced each other. Conor was punished last October, with a penalty of US$150 (around R$525), in addition to 50 hours of community service and a commitment to develop an anti-bullying campaign in partnership with NAC.
