Changes in plans for the next fight Glover Teixeira in the UFC. Initially scheduled to face Jimi Manuwa at UFC 208, in Brooklyn, New York (USA), on February 11, the Brazilian must now face Jared Cannonier. According to the North American website 'MMA Fighting', Manuwa will be relocated to the UFC London, March 18th.

In Ultimate since 2015, Cannonier has already had three fights in the organization, with two victories and one setback. Interestingly, only one was in the light heavyweight category, the victory over Ion cutelaba at TUF Finale 24, last Saturday (03).
Glover, 37, hasn't fought since August this year, when he was knocked out in just 13 seconds by Anthony Johnson, at UFC 202. Number three in the category's ranking, the Minas Gerais native has eight wins and three losses in the organization, and has already competed for the division title, but was surpassed by Jon Jones.
In addition to Glover, two more Brazilians were selected for the UFC 208 card. In the flyweight category, Wilson reis faces the Japanese Ulka Sasaki, while the heavyweight Luis Henrique KLB measures forces with the Pole Marcin tybura.
