Winner of TUF, in its second edition, the Englishman Michael Bisping is ready to leave the light heavyweight category (up to 93kg) and debut in the middleweight division (up to 84kg) of the UFC. “The Cont” already has a date set for his first fight in the division that has the Brazilian Anderson Silva as champion. “I'm losing weight to enter the middleweight division. I'm currently weighing 90kg. I intend to get down to 87kg to lose the rest of the weight in the last few days. If possible, I would like to avoid saunas, as I prefer the cold to the heat.”
