Khabib is irritated by Mayweather x McGregor speculation: 'It would kill them both'

Current first place in the UFC lightweight rankings, Khabib Nurmagomedov was irritated by the frequent speculation regarding a superfight between the UFC champion Conor McGregor and former boxer Floyd Mayweather.

McGregor and Mayweather frequently exchange challenges and insults in a public manner. The two have even been rumored to be in a boxing fight, which never came close to happening. Therefore, Nurmagomedov asked that conversations on this subject be put aside.

“The whole press is talking about this Irish chicken and Floyd Mayweather. I would crush these two at the same time. Enough nonsense,” wrote Nurmagomedov on his Twitter account.

McGregor achieved a historic feat this month: with his victory over Eddie Alvarez at UFC 205, he became the first to simultaneously hold two belts (featherweight and lightweight) in the organization. Nurmagomedov fought at the same event and crashed Michael Johnson in a forceful way.
