Eddie Alvarez's crushing defeat to Conor McGregor in the main fight of UFC 205, held last Saturday (12), in New York, continues to generate discussion among the fighters. Light weight Kevin Lee did not spare Alvarez from criticism and said that the former lightweight champion embarrassed an entire division by being dominated by the Irishman.

“It’s definitely frustrating. I was frustrated with the main fight. Eddie embarrassed the entire division. I don't understand why he adopted a game plan like that”, said Lee, in an interview with the website “MMAjunkie” (USA).
Kevin also spoke about the psychological pressure that Conor puts on his opponents. For the North American, the psychological factor should not influence during fights.
“Conor showed that his emotional state is not shaken inside. He makes his opponents shaken and I don't understand, it's not an emotional game. You can't get carried away by this (mental game)”, said the fighter, before finishing by saying that he has hopes of facing McGregor.
“I'm embarrassed for him. If I see Eddie I'm going to slap him, that was embarrassing and embarrassed us all. I'm 100% confident I'll get that chance (against McGregor). Conor took a good shot at Eddie, who came out like an idiot”, added Kevin.
