An unusual situation marks the preparations for Brave Combat Federation 2, an event that takes place on December 2nd, in Bahrain. Football legend Diego Armando Maradona has expressed his support for Otman Azaitar, who has been cast in the show. The curious thing is that Azaitar was later married in a fight against an Argentine athlete.

Azaitar's opponent will be Kevin Kodobsky, known as “El General” and who trains at SBG Ireland. Born in Buenos Aires, the fighter lost to Eldar Eldarov at Brave CF 1, in September, by judges' decision.

Before the announcement of Azaitar's opponent, Maradona recorded a video in support of his friend. The star, an MMA fan, posed next to the fighter's brother and sent a message of encouragement.

Brave CF 2 takes place in the city of Isa Town, located in the north of Bahrain. The main fight of the night will be between former UFC fighters Masio Fullen and Alan Omer, for the featherweight belt.
