If it depends on Michael Bisping, the next challenger for the UFC middleweight belt will be defined next weekend. This is because the duel between Chris Weidman e Yoel romero, which will take place at UFC 205, on November 12th, in New York, could be crucial for the future of the category. According to Bisping, a duel against Romero is not part of his plans, unlike Weidman, a declared opponent of the champion.

“If Yoel beats Chris, I honestly don't think I'll face him, because he's already tested positive for steroids. I read a recent article that said it takes years for the benefits of steroid use to leave your body. Just because you no longer test positive doesn't mean you're going to lose all the extra muscle and stuff you got from ingesting these substances. So I think he should wait, I really do. I don't see why he should be rewarded. If Weidman wins, that's the fight I want. Me and Weidman, for a while now, I would say that probably since last year, we have been getting weird, talking nonsense, so yes, this is a fight that interests me 100%”, said Bisping to “SiriusXM” (USA).

PUBLICITY:

With no fight scheduled, Bisping has been challenged by Ronaldo Jacare, who was left without an opponent after Luke Rockhold get injured and leave UFC Australia. The Englishman, however, claimed to be injured and refused, for now, a confrontation against the Brazilian.

Fatal change? Makhachev ignores warning and could end tragically at welterweight!
