The year 2016 has not been easy for pro-wrestling representatives who venture into MMA. Former member of WWE, Kid Cash was quickly knocked out in a duel held last Saturday (5), in Nashville, Tennessee (USA).
Cash, 47, squared off against Lindsey Jones in the welterweight division. In just a few seconds of combat, Jones applied a “blitz” to Cash, with knee kicks, which led to his opponent being knocked out in just 39 seconds.
Thus, Cash joins CM Punk in the group of ex-WWE fighters who were quickly defeated in professional MMA. In September, Punk made his UFC debut, but ended up submitted by Mickey gall still in the first round.
