O Jungle Fight held, this Saturday, in Belém, Pará, its thirtieth edition, and the show's fight program did not disappoint the audience present at the UEPA gym. The event promoted by Wallid Ismail returned to the northern region, where it originated, and brought as its main attraction the fight for the lightweight belt. In an even fight, Francisco Massaranduba, teammate of beasts like Paulo thiago e Rani Yaya, faced the hard Adriano Martins and, after three rounds of intense alternation, he won the title with a majority decision from the judges. With the triumph, the athlete from the Constructon Team, from Brasília, stated that he is close to signing with the UFC and having a chance to debut at an international event.
Another highlight of the show was the featherweights Iliarde Santos e John lineker, who won Luciano Boinha e Francisco Nazareno, respectively, and will face each other to define the category champion.
