The Brazilian Renan Barao This weekend, he met his next opponent in Ultimate. The athlete from Rio Grande do Norte will measure his strength against the experienced Englishman Brad pickett at UFC 138, an event that takes place on November 5th, in Birmingham, England.
Barão, who will be fighting in his second UFC fight, was only defeated in his MMA debut, and has a streak of 26 consecutive wins. The Brazilian fighter is coming off a triumph over Cole Escovedo at UFC 130, held in May this year. In turn, Pickett, who has a record of 20 wins and five losses, will make his UFC debut. The Brit also comes off a triumph in his last appearance, when he defeated Ivan Menjivar at WEC 53, held in December last year.
UFC 138 also features another Brazilian scheduled for the show: Thiago Pitbull Aves faces the Congolese Papy Abedi at the event, which will feature as its main attraction the duel between middleweights Chris Leben e Mark Munoz.
