Another fight has been announced for UFC Sacramento, an event that will take place on December 17th. The bantamweights Urijah faber e Brad pickett will compete on the main card of the event, which will feature a strawweight duel between paige vanzant x Michelle Waterson in the main fight of the night.

Urijah faber, former challenger for the category belt, suffered two consecutive defeats for the first time in his career. He was surpassed by Dominick Cruz at UFC 199, in June, and for Jimmie rivera at UFC 203 in September. At 37 years old, Faber has nine wins and six losses in Ultimate, with four title fights, all unsuccessful. In total, there are 33 positive results and 10 negative results in his professional record.

Brad pickett, a year older than his rival, is going through his worst phase in the octagon: in the last five fights, there have been four defeats, the most recent to Brazilian Iuri 'Marajó' at UFC 204, held on October 8th. Despite having always been considered one of the main names in the division, Pickett has a negative record in Ultimate, with seven setbacks and five triumphs. In his career, he has 25 wins and 12 losses.
