Michael Bisping e Dan Henderson they fought a fight full of alternatives at UFC 204, an event held in the early hours of this Sunday (9), in Manchester, England. The Englishman had to survive a harsh punishment from his challenger to remain champion of the UFC middleweight division.
Henderson knocked Bisping down twice during the fight, in the first and second rounds. The punishment left the champion with a large wound near his left eye. However, Bisping recovered and returned to balance the fight, which left the task of choosing the winner in the hands of the judges.
After 25 minutes of competition, Bisping won the unanimous decision of the judges. With the result, the Englishman became the athlete with the most victories in UFC history, with 21. Henderson announced his retirement from MMA after the fight.
