UFC on Versus 26 takes place tonight (4) in the city of Pittsburgh, in the United States. This edition of the event has, in total, 11 fights scheduled, where the Brazilian lightweight Charles “from the Bronx” will try to recover from the only defeat in his career when facing the American Nik lentz on the show's preliminary card.
“I am prepared for wherever the fight takes place. He (Lentz) can choose where he wants to fight because I'm ready to fight both on the feet and on the ground”, said the 21-year-old from São Paulo.
The main attraction of the night had to be changed moments before the official weigh-in held yesterday afternoon (25). Due to Nate Marquardt not being medically cleared for the match against Rick story (remember here), the fight between heavyweights Pat barry e Cheick Congo was promoted to the top of the card. In turn, Story will now face Charlie Brenneman in a fight valid for the welterweight division.
