After much speculation, it's now official! RedeTV and Globosat will be the broadcasters responsible for showing UFC Rio, which will be held on August 27th, at the HSBC Arena, in the capital of Rio. The organization's president, Dana White, began the press conference by explaining how the exhibition will be held.

“For the first time in history, an open TV channel will show the UFC live. RedeTV and Globosat will have the right to show the event”, said the top hat.

Dana White also informed that 16.572 tickets will be available for sale, which will go on sale to HSBC customers on Thursday night and to the general public from Friday (17).
