WFC Pretorian took a card full of action to Pelotas (RS) yesterday (11). Of the seven fights held, five ended before the regular time. Highlighting the international clashes, where Brazilians dominated the Octagon to overcome emerging athletes in the current South American MMA scenario.
The Tupiniquim show began with the victory of Christiano “Psychopath” about the Argentine Gabriel Soule. After taking control of the actions at the beginning of the confrontation, the Brazilian made use of his greater aggressiveness in the fight to knock out the Argentine in the second round. Already Clayton “Rocket” increased his unbeaten record in his career by defeating the Uruguayan Sebastian La Torre by technical knockout in the second round of the fight. With the result, the gaucho obtained his seventh victory in his career.
In the main fight of the night, Leandro “Gordo” needed just under four minutes to force the Peruvian Jackson Mora to withdraw from the fight after giving him a plastic takedown in the opening round of the fight. The victory marked Gordo's return after almost two years away from the octagons, leaving the athlete from Pelotas, based in Porto Alegre, with a record of six wins and two losses.
