Moments after Eddie Alvarez challenged Conor McGregor to face him for the lightweight belt at UFC 205, in New York – a request promptly denied by Dana White, president of Ultimate, who stated that the lightweight champion's next opponent will be Khabib Nurmagomedov – the Irishman used social media to provoke Alvarez. Without naming names, Conor posted: “Beg me.”

It is worth remembering that the statement could also be for White, with whom he had a recent disagreement, which culminated in his departure from the UFC 200 card. Soon after, McGregor posted an image in which he appears sporting two big cars: a BMW i8, which costs around R$800 thousand in Brazil and a Cadillac Escalade, valued at R$727 thousand.
