Felipe Sertanejo faces Erick Perez at UFC Mexico

Another Brazilian has been added to the TUF América Latina Finale card, an event that will take place on November 5th, in Mexico City. The bantamweight Felipe Sertanejo will face home athlete Erick Perez, a young Mexican promise in the organization. The main fight on the card will be between the former champion Rafael dos Anjos e Tony Ferguson.

Sertanejo, 28 years old, comes from two consecutive victories and is going through his best phase in Ultimate. After moving down a category and making his bantamweight debut, the Chute Boxe academy product defeated Yves Jabouin and Jerrod Sanders, both by submission. In total, he has 18 wins, seven defeats, one draw in the organization and two unsuccessful fights in his professional career. In Ultimate, he won five fights, lost three and drew one.

Perez experiences a similar situation. At 26 years old, the Mexican idol also won his last two commitments, beating Taylor Lapilus and Francisco Rivera by points. His record has 16 wins and six negative results, six wins and two losses in the UFC. The clash could put the winner very close to a place in the top 15 of the bantamweight division.
