Bellator, the second largest MMA organization in the world, announced this Wednesday (7) that the Brazilian Douglas lima will challenge the welterweight champion Andrei Koreshkov for the category belt. The duel will be the main attraction of Bellator 164, an event that will be held on November 11th, at the Menora Mivtachim Arena in Tel Aviv, Israel.

The fight will also mark the rematch between the two. In July 2015, at Bellator 140, Koreshkov took the belt from Lima himself by defeating him via unanimous decision. This will be the second time the Russian has put his title on the line – the first was against former UFC champion Benson Henderson at Bellator 153 in April, when he dominated the American for five rounds.

Douglas lima, in turn, tries to regain the belt that was once his. After his defeat to Andrey in 2015, he returned to the octagon at Bellator 158, last July, in England, and handily beat Englishman Paul Daley in the main fight of the event.
