Miesha Tate He lived a heroic day when he helped rescue a girl, just six years old, who had a broken arm on a trail. According to Tate, last Sunday (4), while exercising on a trail in Las Vegas (USA), she saw the girl's mother struggling to carry her daughter safely between the mountains. Upon witnessing the scene, the former UFC champion picked up the child and carried her back down the mountain so she could receive medical treatment.

After the episode, photographer Andrew Abalos posted a message of thanks to Miesha. “Such a tiring weekend for our family, but it ended so gracefully and beautifully. My poor Kai broke her arm at the top of the Mary Jane Falls trail on Mt. Charlestone. So Mom and I basically had to carry her for miles. But to our assistance came the wonderful UFC fighter, Miesha Tate. She offered to help carry it. We met an incredible and humble person. Our family is so grateful for what you did. You saved us time and helped get her to the hospital faster. Thank you again,” she wrote in thanks to Tate.
Miesha, in turn, also recorded on her social networks the moments in which she helped the injured girl, and posted a message commenting on the experience and a video of the girl thanking the fighter.
“Today a girl broke her arm up at the top of Mary Jane Falls (Mt Charleston) and I saw her mother meekly struggling to get her daughter down the mountain, so I offered to take the girl to the start. The mother asked her 6-year-old daughter, 'Would you rather go downstairs with me or with her?', and without hesitation (to my surprise), she quickly replied, 'I want her to take me.' We had to laugh. Kai and I learned a lot about each other on the way down, about two miles in, and it's fair to say she inspired me. We made it all the way down without slipping or falling! We agreed that we would be strong for each other. Teamwork is better!”, reported the former champion on her Facebook page.
