Interim UFC featherweight champion, José Aldo appears to be willing to harass the holder of the linear belt, Conor McGregor, to obtain a rematch for the definitive title in the under-66 kg category. The Brazilian once again used his social media to provoke his rival, whom he accused of running away from the fight.

McGregor is coming off a victory over Nate diaz, last Saturday (20), at UFC 202. UFC president, Dana White, stated that, after the fight, the Irishman should return to his original category and face Aldo to unify the belts. However, McGregor showed little interest in returning to featherweight and highlighted his desire to have a third fight with Diaz.

So, Aldo went to his Twitter account to send a message to his rival. “One, two, three, it will run again…” wrote the Brazilian, however, without mentioning McGregor’s account on the social network.

The UFC has not yet officially confirmed McGregor's next plans, but the organization's president has indicated that if the Irishman does not return to defend his title, Aldo will be crowned the definitive champion. The Brazilian lost to McGregor in December last year, in a knockout after 13 seconds of the fight.
