Last Saturday night (20) may have represented more than a UFC victory for the fighter Rachel Pennington. In a post made on her Instagram account, the American suggested that she had married the UFC athlete. Tecia torres moments after UFC 202.
At the event, Pennington obtained his third consecutive victory in Ultimate by beating Elizabeth Phillips by decision of the judges. Previously, she had beaten Brazilians Jéssica “Bate-Estaca” and Bethe Correia. Hours after the event, Raquel and Tecia went to a chapel and took the photo together: “What happens in Vegas… Lasts forever”, wrote Pennington.
Tecia torres is currently in fifth place in the UFC's strawweight division, with victories over athletes such as Rose namajunas, paige vanzant e Felice herrig. Ultimate already had another couple of fighters, coincidentally one from the bantamweight division, the other from the strawweight division: champion of the under-61 kg category, the Brazilian Amanda nunes maintains a long-standing relationship with Nina ansaroff.
