Even defeated by the North American Phil Davis, the brazilian Rogério “Minotouro” Nogueira had the highest salary at UFC Fight Night 24, an event held last Saturday, in Seattle, in the United States.
The Washington State Athletic Commission, the entity that sanctioned the show, disclosed the scholarships paid to the fighters, and Minotouro received approximately R$149 for the performance.
In addition to the salaries published by the Athletic Commission, four fighters received an extra prize of R$91 offered by the UFC: John hendricks won the bonus for the best knockout of the night, Chan sung jung took the prize for finishing the event and the clash between bantamweights Michael McDonald and Edwin Figueroa was voted the best fight of the show.
