the dream of Daniel gracie of winning the first title of his career was postponed this morning. The only Brazilian representative in the Bellator light heavyweight GP, Daniel was in action in the 38th edition of the event, where he was eliminated in the quarterfinals of the tournament against the North American Tim Carpenter in the judges' split decision.

The other three fights valid for the GP ended before the scheduled three rounds. Highlight for the inverted triangle applied by DJ Linderman about Raphael Davis in the third round of the fight.
