The Brazilian Carina Damm intends to put an end to the bad phase he is going through in his career. On the 11th, the fighter will be in action at Shark Fights 14, facing the North American Tara larosa on the main card of the night. The confrontation will mark the Brazilian athlete's debut in the North American organization.
Carina was defeated in her last two fights, the most recent setback occurring last December at Crown Bar MMA – Winter Braw. On that occasion, the athlete was knocked out by the American Zingano cat in the second round of combat. In turn, LaRosa is coming off a victory over the Japanese Takayo Hashi in DFL 1 – The Big Bang, held last November.
Brazilian participation in Shark Fights 14 will be reinforced with the former UFC Danillo Índio, which will measure forces with the North American Matt Horwich in the main fight of the night. The tough guy is looking for his fourth consecutive victory in his career after being fired from Ultimate in 2009.
