Last fighter to share the octagon with Jon Jones, Ovince St Preux called on his most recent opponent to tell the whole truth about his problems with banned substances.

Jones would face Daniel Cormier at UFC 200, on July 9th. However, weeks earlier, the American was caught taking estrogen blockers and aromatase inhibitors. These substances are often used by athletes in order to prevent possible side effects after using anabolic steroids.
St. Preux, who lost to Jones at UFC 197 in April, suspected that his rival was doped in the duel between the two. Therefore, the North American of Haitian descent asked for clarification. “On June 16th, Jon Jones was caught using post-cycle substances. This means he was using performance enhancing substances before that. The only question is: when did he start using them? Was it before the fight with me or after?”, he asked, in a statement sent to the North American website “MMA Fighting”.
“OSP” then continued: “There are not many people who can answer this question, but Jon Jones is one of them. So I ask: when did you start using performance-enhancing substances, Jon? I wanted to fight the best fighter in the world, but I didn't want to face a cheater. So tell us the truth. We all know you were using performance enhancing substances. Just tell the world the truth,” he added.
On that occasion, Jones beat St. Preux in a comfortable decision from the judges. Now, with the positive doping, the American has been temporarily suspended. His final trial is expected to take place in September or October, and his definitive punishment could be up to two years.
