Jones and Dos Anjos fall in the official UFC rankings

The Brazilian, former lightweight champion, lost eight positions, while the North American, caught doping, fell two

The North American, who did not fight at UFC 200 due to being caught in an anti-doping test, is no longer the leader in the organization's weight-for-pound rankings. Jones dropped to third place and was overtaken by his compatriots Demetrious Johnson, flyweight champion, and Dominick Cruz, of the roosters.

The Brazilian, who lost the lightweight belt to Eddie Alvarez, dropped eight positions on the list that includes fighters from all categories. He is 13th, with his tormentor debuting on the list in eighth.

Still on the weight for weight list, Joanna Jedrzejczyk, who defended his title against Claudia Gadelha, gained three positions – now she is ninth, ahead of Stipe Miocic, heavyweight champion, and Michael Bisping, holder of the middleweight belt.

Brock Lesnar, who returned to MMA with a victory over Mark Hunt, made his first appearance in the UFC rankings in eighth place. The same happened with Matheus Nicolau, who, after beating John Moraga, debuted on the flyweight list in 13th.
