Living with physical problems over the last few months, which kept him out for almost two years, the Brazilian Claudius Hannibal he would make his return to the octagon in July, but again an injury prevented the Mato Grosso native from returning.
With Hannibal's injury, Jorge masvidal was selected for UFC 201, scheduled for July 31st in Atalanta (USA). The replacement Masvidal will face the Afghan Siyar Bahadurzada, in a fight valid for the middleweight category.
UFC 201 will have two title fights as main fights. In the last fight of the night, Robbie Lawler puts the welterweight title on the line against challenger Tyroon Woodley. In the co-main event, the flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson will be challenged by the Brazilian Wilson reis.
