'I'm at my best, and Ronda is at her worst', assesses Miesha

The scenario of the UFC's women's bantamweight division has changed radically over the past year. And the new weight champion, Miesha Tate, considers that the new panorama will favor him if he faces his old rival again, Ronda Rousey, for those who have already lost twice in the past.

Until 2015, Ronda was the dominant champion in the category, and Miesha, having already been defeated by the then title holder, was unlikely to challenge for the belt again. However, Rousey fell to Holly holm, who, in turn, was dethroned by Miesha in March this year.

With the tide in her favor, Miesha believes that a new duel with Ronda would have a different result compared to the first two duels. “It's very simple: I will win. And that. I don't know how, I don't know exactly what I'm going to do, but I know I'm stronger than I've ever been. I'm at the best moment of my career, with more confidence. Before thinking about a new fight with Ronda, Miesha has another commitment for next month: she makes her first title defense against the Brazilian Amanda nunes at UFC 200. Ronda, who recently underwent knee surgery, is expected to return to the Octagon only at the beginning of 2017.
