For many years, a duel between former champions Fedor Emelianenko e Brock Lesnar It was one of the biggest dreams of MMA fans. Now, after a few years of retirement, the two are back in the sport simultaneously and the duel against Lesnar seems to be an interesting possibility for Fedor.

“Brock is an interesting opponent. Maybe our paths will cross again”, said the always succinct Emelianenko, in an interview with the press in his home country, the Russian website “Sovsport”, reproduced by the North American website “Bloody Elbow”.

So much Fedor Emelianenko as Brock Lesnar have fights scheduled for the next few weeks. The “Last Emperor” faces Brazilian Fábio Maldonado at the Eurasian Fight Nights 50 event on June 17th, in Saint Petersburg (Russia). Lesnar will take part in the co-main fight of UFC 200, on July 9th in Las Vegas (USA), in which he will face Mark Hunt.
