UFC-125 claimed another victim this week. After Phil Baroni e Brandon vera lose their job, the North American Marcus Davis was fired from the organization after his loss to Jeremy Stephens, at the event that took place last Saturday (1), in Las Vegas.

In his career in the UFC, Davis appeared 14 times, had nine wins and five losses, but the negative sequence of three losses in a row was decisive for the North American of Irish descent to be cut.

After the announcement, the fighter's manager, Joe Cavallaro, revealed to the North American website MMA Fighting that Davis, despite being 38 years old, is interested in returning to the UFC.

“I spoke to Marcus after the fight and he was doing well, he maintains his strength and can't wait to return to the UFC again,” he said.
