Anyone who thought that UFC 199 would just “comply with the schedule” before the historic UFC 200 was completely wrong. The card, held last Saturday (4), in Los Angeles (USA), delivered exciting fights from start to finish and, as a bonus, even crowned a new middleweight champion.
Contrary to all predictions, the British Michael Bisping, called in a hurry to replace the injured Chris Weidman, knocked out the favorite Luke Rockhold and, ten years after his debut in Ultimate, he won the middleweight belt. Furthermore, in the co-main event, Dominick Cruz hit Urijah faber and dominated Urijah faber and defended the bantamweight title.
