Thiago Silva returned to the octagon at UFC-125 in style. The Brazilian, who was out of action for almost a year due to an injury, dominated the fight against Brandon vera and won the duel with a unanimous decision by the judges. But the Brazilian black belt's attitude didn't please another light heavyweight in the organization. The North American Jon Jones, chosen as the revelation of 2010, disapproved of Thiago's attitude, who, after reaching Vera's back, threw several slaps at his opponent with his open hand.

“Those slaps were disrespectful. I would love to slap him (Thiago Silva) in the face. Dominating someone in a fight is one thing, just trying to humiliate them is another,” said Jones via his Twitter account.

PUBLICITY:

“Real fighters have always sought to show honor and respect. Well, what’s done is done, I’m going to focus on making sure something like that doesn’t happen to me.” Jones concluded, via microblog.

Fatal change? Makhachev ignores warning and could end tragically at welterweight!
