UFC fighter enters Guinness World Records with bizarre brand

The UFC has one of its representatives in the Guinness World Records, the world book of records. Featherweight fighter, Dennis Bermudez achieved the feat of drinking 1 liter of lemon juice using a straw in just 22 seconds, the lowest time ever recorded.

Until then, the best mark ever achieved was 24 seconds. Bermudez only managed to overcome her on her second attempt. The feat took place last Tuesday (17), in New York City (USA).

“I didn't think I would make it, but when the time comes to compete, I show up. My stomach is on fire because I have a liter of lemon juice. But, when I saw that I could break the record, I thought 'I have to take this home'”, said the athlete, in an interview with the North American website “MMA Junkie”.

Bermudez, 29 years old, is eighth in the official ranking of the up to 66 kg category, whose champion is Conor McGregor. In his last fight, the American defeated Tatsuya Kawajiri by decision of the judges.
