Leslie Smith is not exactly one of the most well-known UFC fighters today. However, the North American guarantees that this will change this weekend, after UFC 198, which takes place this Saturday (14), in Curitiba (PR). She believes that an eventual victory over Chris Cyborg will give you the necessary leap towards fame.
“I have no problem being the zebra. I have no pressure on me, I have nothing to lose. I have everything to gain, but without fearing anything. After this fight, people will know me as the woman who destroyed Cyborg,” said the fighter.
At 33 years old, Smith has a mission that seems impossible in Curitiba: beat Cyborg, who has been massacring all of her opponents in the last 10 years. The Brazilian has a record of 15 wins, one loss and one unsuccessful fight; Leslie has eight wins, six defeats and one draw on his resume.
