The Brazilian Glover Teixeira has a new opponent at Bitetti Combat 8, an event that takes place next Saturday (4), at the Parque São Jorge Gymnasium, in São Paulo. Initially scheduled to face the Dutchman Hans Stringer, the Tupiniquim athlete saw his opponent not reaching contractual terms with the organization. As a result, Glover, who is undefeated in eight fights, will face another European athlete: The Spaniard Daniel Tabera, a fighter who has an MMA record of 16 wins and four losses.
This is the third time in a row that Bitetti Combat has changed Glover's opponent at short notice. In the last two editions, the fighter was supposed to face Jeff monson, but the North American complained about not having received the agreed amount and did not show up for the clashes.
