Brazil will have one less representative at UFC 199, an event that will be held on June 4, in Los Angeles (USA). Leo Santos, champion of TUF Brasil 2 and who would face Evan dunham on the attraction, he suffered an injury in training and was cut from the event.
Santos is in a good moment in the organization, with three victories in a row – the last, in December last year, was a knockout over Kevin Lee. However, the UFC has already announced the replacement for the Brazilian: it will be James Vick, who won Glaico France at UFC 197, last Saturday (23).
At the moment, Brazil will have two representatives at the event: Jessica Andrade, which faces Jessica penne, and Luis Henrique “Frankenstein”, who debuts in Ultimate against Jonathan Wilson.
UFC 199 will feature two title fights: Luke Rockhold x Chris Weidman for the middleweight title, and Dominick Cruz x Urijah faber by the rooster belt.
