Dana offers Nate Diaz to stay at UFC 200: 'Fight whoever you want'

According to the official, a list of names will be presented to the North American, who will be able to choose his next rival

After the official departure of Conor McGregor of the main fight of UFC 200, which will now have Jon Jones x Daniel Cormier like New main event, the american Nate diaz said that he is officially “on vacation”, and that he will not remain on the card if he does not face the Irishman. Willing to make Nate change his mind, president Dana White said he can face any opponent to stay on the July 9th schedule.

“Obviously, I would like to keep Nate (on the card). Nate is in a position to make a lot of money at 200, and I would like to keep him at 200, but that depends on him”, said the manager, to the website “TMZ”. “I have a long list of people he could face, but it's up to him. He obviously won the first fight (against McGregor). He showed up and accepted the second fight against Conor, but the deal fell through. We’re going to give him a list of guys and whoever he wants, he’ll have,” he added.

UFC 200 takes place on July 9th, at the “T-Mobile Arena”, in Las Vegas (USA). In the main fight of the night, Jon Jones will face Daniel Cormier in the unification of the interim and linear light heavyweight belts. In addition, the event will also have two other title disputes: Amanda nunes x Miesha Tate, in women's bantamweight, and José Aldo x Frankie Edgar, earning him the position of interim featherweight champion.
