UFC president, Dana White, confirmed the possibility of a third confrontation between the athletes, highlighting that this is one of the biggest rivalries ever seen since the first edition of the event. White also stressed that rumors that emerged a few weeks ago about Lesnar's alleged request to face Roy Nelson are nothing more than mere speculations.

“Lesnar never asked me to face Roy Nelson. What they told me was that he (Lesnar) wants Frank mir as your next opponent. This fight does make sense. There will probably be a third confrontation between the two,” said White.
